According to Halal slaughtering ritual, this box has been designed for meeting all requirements. Efficiently immoblizes animal, pushes animal  to the front of the box, special hoop solution raises animal head for better access to do the swift, deep incision in properly area. 
Both proper for the slaughtering also with stunning prior.

It's designed for complete restraining of the animal during ritual killing (according to Muslim and Jewish ceremonials) as well as during stunning with a gun.

During ritual killing the animal is revolved, with entire box, turns round itself 180^o, what enables throat cut of the animal.

After complete bleeding a side door is opened and the animal slides down on the table.

The killing box is very durable and is made of hot deep galvanized steel and stainless steel as well.

It's designed for cattle and horses restraining during the stunning process.

It collects all the technical blood after sticking. Double drain enables to lead the blood to a tank and the waste water to the drainage.

The machine consists of 4 underpressure tanks assembled to the frame, injector pump to make vacuum and citrate dosing unit.

Underpressure, made by injector is driven, through a valve, to the tank and hollow knife.

When the animal is stuck, the food grade blood flows to the tank. The citrate doses protect the blood from coagulation.

Agitators build in the tanks, protect the blood red cells from sedimentation and the blood separation into plasma and haemoglobin.

Device is designed for dehairing pork carcasses (including sows). Rotating two shafts with scrapping paws (one rubber, other one with metal scrapper) effectively remove animal bristle. Spraying nozzles set guarantee of appropriate bristle rinsing and extra-scalding process. Maximum capacity reaches 120 heads/hour with carcasses up to 150 kg each. 
Also available in reinforced version with capacity up to 150 heads/hour.

The bristle is removed by water coming out of spraying nozzles.

It's designed for intestines transport (plate) and offals transport (hook) from evisceration point to a veterinary inspection point.

After inspection intestines go to a casing room and the offals, after rehanging onto the trolleys, go to a special cooling room.

When the plate comes to a chute, it tilts and the intestines come directly to the casing room.

The offals fall down by means of a special chute into a gutter or on a table.
